How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you contact us by phone, email, through the enquiry forms on this website, or when we meet with you. Who we may share it with

Where needed to act for you, we may disclose your information to barristers, medical and other experts, courts and tribunals, insurers and other parties to your claim. We also use trusted service providers (for example, IT, email and website hosting) who handle information on our behalf and are required to keep it secure. Legal professional privilege and our duty of confidentiality continue to apply.

Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. We keep client records for as long as required by law and professional rules, and then destroy or de-identify them securely.
